Heart & Soul magazine addresses well-rounded living for African-Americans. Heart & Soul has returned with a renewed vigor dedicated to promoting the well being of the African-American woman and her family. With a new theme, "Health, Wealthy, Wise" the magazine guides black woman in the areas of health, fitness, finance, mental and spiritual balance.

Heart and Soul is a proud sponsor of the Sister to Sister Sorority Luncheon and has donated a magazine inside the gift bags for each luncheon attendee.
